Breaded honey chicken

Ingredients
Breadcrumbs 125 ml  (1/2 cup) 
Cake flour 30 ml  (2 tbsps) 
Tarragon 2 ml  (1/2 tsp)  
Thyme, fresh 5 ml  (1 tsp) 
Basil, fresh 15 ml  (1 tbsp) 
Paprika 2 ml   (1/2 tsp) 
Chicken breasts, boneless 454 g  (1 pound) 
Honey 30 ml  (2 tbsps) 
Non hydrogenated margarine Nuvel 5 ml   (1 tsp.) 
Chicken broth 250 ml   (1 cup) 
Flour of your choice 15 ml  (1 tbsp) 
Parsley, fresh , pepper and salt a pinch of each   

Preparation
1. Mix the first 6 ingredients (seasoned breadcrumbs).
2. Cover the chicken breasts with seasoned breadcrumbs.
3. Put the chicken breasts on a greased cookie sheet.
4. Bake the chicken uncovered in the oven at 180ºC (350ºF) for approx. 35-45 minutes.
5. Mix the sauce ingredients in a small saucepan.
6. Cook this mixture for approx. 7 minutes until thickened.
7. Serve the chicken with honey sauce.
